We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Director of Finance at our Gwinnett Medical Center Duluth location. The Duluth campus is licensed for 111 beds including an Acute and Inpatient Rehabilitation operation. The Director of Finance is accountable for organization and management of all financial matters for the Duluth campus. The position provides financial management and guidance for an overall operating budget with over $140 million in Net Patient Revenue and over $105 million in Operating expenses. The Financial Director works collaboratively with Duluth Executive Leadership, the Duluth Management Team, and the Gwinnett Hospital System Corporate Staff. The Financial Director will provide financial analysis, operational efficiency improvements, and internal controls in a manner consistent with system policies, procedure, and compliance guidelines as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Tax Regulations and Federal/State laws. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related degree; a Master's in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
