This webinar will explain how evaluating several key metrics that allow Healthcare Organizations to quantify the Patient Financial Experience, such as: *Patient Engagement with Digital Communications, *Payment Rates by Source, *Payment Plan Adoption, *Call Volumes and Complaints The presenter will also discuss what an ideal Patient Financial Experience looks like and explore how Health Systems can experiment to improve the Patient Financial Experience. We will outline key lessons learned about continuously measuring and improving the patient financial experience Chris Jayne is VP of Customer Success at Patientco and boasts more than 13 years of healthcare industry experience. At Patientco, Chris oversees all Client-Facing functions, including Implementation, Customer Success and Customer Support.
