There is a lot of talk about Consumerism in Healthcare, which is driving many Health Systems to focus on improving the Patient Financial Experience to ensure it meets Consumer Expectations. In fact, Patientco’s latest survey reveals that eighty (80) percent of patients consider the financial experience when choosing a provider. This webinar will explore what a good billing and payment experience looks like, based on the increasingly digital demands of consumers. Additionally, the webinar will highlight proven ways that Health Systems can solve key issues, including Patient Affordability. This topic is aligned with the theme of this year’s Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Annual Conference, “Dare You 2 Move.” As an Industry, we understand that progress needs to be made to deliver a more Consumer-Friendly Billing and Payment Experience. Our webinar will outline the ways Health Systems can start taking action and will feature various changes Health Systems can make to satisfy consumer demands.
