Tracey Coyne has over 20 years of healthcare experience partnering with health systems, academic medical centers and physician practices. As a Senior Manager within Crowe’s Healthcare Performance practice, Tracey leads performance improvement engagements for clients undergoing corporate shared services transformation initiatives for the finance function.
Warren Beck is a National Leader in Crowe’s Healthcare Performance practice specializing in financial operations. Warren leads the business strategy for Academic Medical Centers and partners with our Advisory Services team with our solutions in transaction due diligence, general healthcare finance, investigations/litigation support and healthcare strategy. Prior to joining Crowe, Warren spent 25 years at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This included 15 years in a division CFO role and 4 years as the Senior Vice President for Finance where he managed a team of 800 employees and led the finance function for an enterprise of approximately $3.2 billion.
Megan Kendall has over 10 years of healthcare consulting experience partnering with health systems, physician practices, managed care companies, and healthcare technology companies. As a Manager in Crowe’s Healthcare performance group, Megan partners with CFOs and financial leadership to improve performance of financial operations.
